Stages and Timelines

Stage 1: Online Idea Submission (Last Date: 2 June 2023)

Participants are required to submit a problem statement in the given domain and a feasible idea online. 

Intimation to the selected idea teams. (Date: 6 June 2023)

• Right Identification of the Problem (Appropriate Selection of the Problem)
• Relevance of the Solution (Adequately addressing the problem/need)

Stage 2: Presentation of the idea (Date: 9 June 2023)

• The top 10 Participants will be selected for the finals based on their submissions in each category.  Each participant will be given 5 minutes to present the idea in depth.
• This will be judged by a panel of expert judges. The presentation will be followed by questions from the panel and suggestions.

Selection Criteria:

• Quality Features of the Solution (Distinctive features of the solution)
• The uniqueness of the Solution (Intellectual Property Component)
• Feasibility of the Solution/Innovation (SMART: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timebound)
• Panel Questioning
